Various times throughout the business year, we have openings that randomly become available in Sales, Service and Parts. We continually recruit and evaluate applications as they are received. Below are some general descriptions for these three general areas that comprise our Implement & Spray Center locations.
Service Technician: Preference given to someone with an agriculture background / experience in heavy equipment service repairs, mechanical inspecting, diagnosing, testing and troubleshooting Case IH Equipment. This person must have a base knowledge and understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical components, power trains, diesel engines and other heavy equipment. Understanding of schematics a plus as well as experience with troubleshooting and checking systems and components on heavy equipment. Our success is gained by excellent customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business by consistently providing high quality work, timely repairs and accurate service. Parts: Preference given to someone focused on Wylie Sprayers Case IH and various allied vendor parts and equipment sales. This person will be a key component of the Parts department, inventory, sale and delivery of parts and all other duties as assigned. Knowledge in parts and service a plus. Sales: Preference given to some with experience in sales with a focus on Case IH, Wylie Sprayers, and various allied equipment sales. This person will help further our financial goals and increased market share. Experience in agriculture equipment sales and building relationships between dealers, end-users, and the company is essential. This salesperson will be the product point person for a particular region. This person will conduct tractor demonstrations, training, support, and guidance throughout the sales process.
